§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of software and services offered by Neurolex GmbH.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the user’s offer by Neurolex. Use of the platform requires successful registration.
§ 3 Services
Neurolex provides a compliance operating system for regulated financial service providers. The contractual services are defined in the respective service description.
§ 4 Liability
Neurolex is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to material contractual obligations.
§ 5 Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant.
