What the ontology models
Instead of storing regulation as text, we model it as structured knowledge that machines and auditors can both read.
- Legal norms from WpHG, WpIG, MaComp and DORA at clause level
- Obligations derived from each clause, with conditions and exemptions
- Business processes, roles and systems of the regulated firm
- Risks, controls and the evidence that proves they operate
Why a graph
Compliance questions are relationship questions: which clause applies to which process, which control mitigates which risk, which evidence defends which statement. A graph answers those questions directly instead of approximating them with search.
Maintained by experts
Legal experts curate and version the ontology. Every change is dated and reviewable, so you can reconstruct what the rules looked like at the time a decision was made.
