Where is customer data hosted?
All customer data is stored exclusively within the European Union on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. The only data processing location is Frankfurt am Main. This ensures full conformity with the GDPR and all European data protection regulations.

We back up all data via automatic daily incremental backups and weekly full backups. These backups are stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to guarantee fast and complete recovery in an emergency.
